Set Up
It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to set up the "Worship Area" (Blaine Center Gym) and should be set up by 9:45 so that the worship area is ready to go for the 10:00 service:
Altar area - Altar table, Palms and cross on stage, Other misc needs for service. Altar Guild will set up altar specifics.
Chairs: 120-150, more or less based on expected attendance. Also be sure to set up approximately 6 - 12 chairs for Music folks, Lay readers, Deacon Nan, Ministers and/or other service leaders.
Coffee hour area (Fellowship room and Kitchen): 2-4 tables, Extension cord, Start coffees perking (regular in large pot and decaf in smaller 12 cup pot), Hot water heating.
Music and sound system: Finalize sound system set up and location of speakers. Coat rack: Position in hallway just outside "Worship area".
